Arell has been with IHD since January of 2001 has a BSCE in Civil Engineering. He has an extensive background as Director of Procurement, Vice President of Operations, and President of companies in similar industries. Arell has the same belief in the culture of the company, that we are committed to continually achieve our customer's expectations.

Bruce has been with IHD since opening in August of 1993. He has 26 years in the industrial hardware and purchasing industry. Bruce buys from national and international manufacturers to provide exceptional value to our customers. IHD's on-site inventory includes over 21,000 individual products. This does not include the tens of thousands of items we have access to for your specialized projects. Bruce is always aware of the deadlines that our customers face and acknowledge a customer's "sense of emergency".

Shawn has been with IHD since August, 2008 and has worked in Industrial and Construction sales for over 10 years. He has a strong understanding of the needs of OEM and MRO users. He is able to offer solutions to help decrease both acquisition and possession costs.

Diane has been with IHD since November, 2004 and has over 20 years in accounts payable, receivables and human resources. Diane is here to make sure that your billing is accurate and easy to understand.

Nathan has been the manager of IHD Powdercoat Services, Inc., one of the sister companies of IHD since March, 2001. He has been in the industry for years and developed this company to have the latest in technology and equipment. Nathan is continually developing solutions to fit our customer's needs. Mike has been with the IHD family since 2010 as operations manager for Uniflo Technologies, Inc., the conveyor manufacturing division of IHD. Prior to joining Uniflo, Mike's experience included 12 years in material storage and handling sales; and most recently, from 2005 to 2010, worked as the director of safety and health, and division manager of operations for a large countertop manufacturer. Mike is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management and a Master's degree in Industrial Management. His areas of responsibility include developing proposals, assisting customers with design specifications, project management, and manufacturing operations.

Randy has been with IHD since August 2001 and uses his 20+ years of customer service skills to aid in delivering on the promises made by our sales team. He started his career with IHD in the warehouse and has moved up to his current position as Service Manager. Randy served in the U.S. Navy for 6 years and is an active member of the American Legion in Missouri.

David joined IHD in July 2011. He brings over 10 years of experience in industrial sales to IHD. As a native of Liberal, KS and a graduate of Fort Hays State University, David is well connected throughout the state of KS. David’s past experience selling a wide variety of industrial products as well as servicing and maintaining individualized stocking programs for clients makes him a trusted business partner. David is an active member of the Wichita Manufacturers Association and is involved in charity fundraisers such as Cota for Kyle. He has a solid foundation to expand IHD’s presence in Central Kansas.

Darchelle joined IHD in April 2011. Darchelle has been in sales for 5+ years, and brings a strong background of being able to clearly understand IHD's clients' needs. Darchelle, a Topeka native and a graduate of Kansas State University, will use her experience and knowledge as the Territory Manager covering the eastern third of Kansas.

Dennis joined the IHD Family in December 2010. He is the inside customer service contact for IHD. Dennis, a Kansas City, KS native has lived in the metro area his entire life except for the 2 years that he was on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps. Dennis brings an extensive knowledge of industrial and manufacturing needs as he has been in the industry for over 20 years. It is through this experience that Dennis understands the sense of urgency required to make sure our clients get exceptional service each time.

Matt has been with IHD since May, 2000 and recently graduated with a BS in Business/Marketing. Matt is the utility player in the business and is in the process of learning every aspect of the company.

Rebecca is the friendly voice you hear when you call into IHD, she has been with us since November, 2008. She has 7 years experience as a receptionist and in receiving departments.

Barbara Schrader joined IHD in April 2011. She brings 25 years of experience in administration, communication, development and marketing in the non profit and for profit worlds to our growing company. Barbara, a native of Independence, MO, earned degrees from Longview Community College, the University of Saint Mary and a Masters from the University of Kansas. As Special Projects she will greatly assist IHD in this time of growth in a myriad of ways.

Rick has been in the industrial supply business for over 30 years. When he opened IHD in August of 1993 he took his vast knowledge of the industry and his belief in providing superior customer service to develop a reputation of being the best in the business. He has developed a staff of exceptional people that believe in the company's philosophy. Rick believes that IHD is successful because we help our customers to succeed.
